PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lottery system more attractive than a conventional lottery system.SOLUTION: A lottery device comprises: a winning probability allocation part for allocating different winning probability for each of a plurality of time zones; a lottery request information acquiring part for acquiring lottery request information including identification information and time information; a lottery execution part for performing a lottery related to the lottery request information on the basis of the winning probability allocated to the time zone according to time indicated by the time information; and a lottery result output part for outputting lottery result of the lottery execution part and the identification information. |
