1. An electromagnetic interference shielding structure for shielding electromagnetic radiation emitted from a source at frequencies greater than one megahertz comprising, in combination:
the source configured to emit electromagnetic radiation at radio, microwave and terahertz frequencies; one or more graphene sheets disposed directly on a device to be protected from the electromagnetic radiation, wherein at least one of the graphene sheets is doped with a dopant having a dopant concentration in an amount effective to absorb electromagnetic radiation at frequencies greater than 1 megahertz, wherein the device includes an electronic circuit, and wherein the dopant concentration (n) is 1e1013 cm−2>n>1e1012 cm−2 or 1e1012 cm−2>n>0 cm−2. |
