PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device excellent in reliability and a method for manufacturing the display device, or to provide a display device that can stably maintain a shape, and a method for manufacturing the display device.SOLUTION: The display device includes a first laminate, a second laminate, and a filling layer. The first laminate includes a first barrier layer (11) formed on a resin layer surface, and a switching element formed above the first barrier layer. The second laminate includes a second barrier layer (31) in the same configuration as the first barrier layer, relating to the laminate order of each layer, materials, and thickness. The laminate structure of the first barrier layer and the laminate structure of the second barrier layer are symmetry to each other about the switching element. |
