<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical continuous polymerization method for conjugated diene copolymer that has a high cis-1,4-linkage content and a narrow molecular weight distribution.SOLUTION: There is provided a continuous production method for conjugated diene polymer in which a catalyst composition prepared by combining (a) lanthanide compound, (b) alkylating agent and (c) halogen-containing compound, and a conjugated diene monomer are contacted in hydrocarbon solvent within a continuous reaction tank, and the method comprises a step in which a non-ideal flow pattern is maintained within the continuous reaction tank, such that 10% of the reactant that entered the reaction tank at reference time tis still present within the continuous reaction tank at time t+xt[here, tis a residence time corresponding to an ideal flow within the continuous reaction tank, and x is a number larger than 1.5].</p> |
