According to an embodiment of the present invention, a film laminating system includes: a panel transfer unit transferring a panel; a first laminating unit which laminates an optical film fully cut in a predetermined length onto a first surface of the panel in a first direction parallel to the panel transfer direction; and a second laminating unit which laminates another optical film fully cut in the predetermined length onto a second surface of the panel in a second direction matching the first direction or being opposite to the first direction. The second laminating film also rotates the fully-cut optical film supplied in the second direction in a horizontal direction before laminating the film.
