PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power supply system stabilizing unit capable of selecting a renewable energy generator as a control target to stop operation while reducing the number of electronically controlled generators required for stabilizing the electric power supply system.SOLUTION: An electric power supply system stabilizing unit 10 includes: an operation unit 11 that collects information relevant to various kinds of power supply systems and builds a power supply system model, and that previously performs transient stability calculation of virtual incident conditions, and that previously selects a target to be stopped from photovoltaic power generators 6-1 and 6-2 and a target of parallel off from power generators 4-1-4-3 for stabilizing the power supply system on the basis of virtual incident conditions; and a control section 12 that, when any power supply system gets failure, stops the photovoltaic power generator as the target to be stopped and the power generator as the target to be paralleled off from the power supply system selected by the operation unit 11. |
