摘要 The present invention relates to a Sujeonggwa (a Korean traditional fruit punch) made from Crataegi Fructus and a making method thereof and, specifically, to a method for making a Sujeonggwa made from Crataegi Fructus which comprises the steps of: (a) finely cutting Cinnamomi cortex, Crataegi Fructus and ginger; (b) immersing the Cinnamomi cortex, finely cut in the step (a), in water to prepare sap of the Cinnamomi cortex and eliminating the Cinnamomi cortex; (c) immersing the Cinnamomi cortex, eliminated in the step (b), in the boiled sap of the Cinnamomi cortex prepared in the step (b) and making extract of the Cinnamomi cortex; (d) frying the finely cut Crataegi Fructus; (e) putting the ginseng finely cut in the step (a) and the Crataegi Fructus fried in the step (d), in water and heating them to make mixed extract of the ginseng and the Crataegi Fructus; (f) putting assistant materials in the mixed extract of the ginseng and the Crataegi Fructus made in the step (e) and heating them; (g) mixing the extract of the Cinnamomi cortex, made in the step (c), with the mixed extract of the ginseng and the Crataegi Fructus mixed with the assistant material made in the step (f); and (h) filtering the mixture made in the step (g). The Sujeonggwa according to the present invention may enhance effective components as well as enhances excellent taste and fragrance of the Cinnamomi cortex as compared with a existing Sujeonggwa making method, and may provide a functional which can be expected to have potency caused by the Crataegi Fructus.
