PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel adhesive composition having excellent adhesion even to a material difficult to adhere, such as rubber material and polyolefin.SOLUTION: An adhesive composition comprises a polyurethane-polyolefin complex obtained by bonding together polyurethane having a first functional group and polyolefin having a second functional group that reacts with the first functional group, through a reaction between the first functional group and the second functional group.
