PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kinase inhibitor.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for inhibiting a cancer stem cell by using a new thiazole-substituted indoline-2-on, kinase inhibitor as an inhibitor for CSCPK and related kinase. Also provided is a pharmaceutical composition comprising such compound. Also provided is a method for using such compound in the treatment of diseases related to protein kinase in mammals. Also provided is a process of producing such compound and the intermediate body thereof. In the other manner, provided is a method for checking/reducing/decaying the cancer stem cell in mammals by checking or reducing the undesirable activity of CSCPKs in mammals.
