Provided in the present invention is a net bag for transporting earth filling material comprising: a net portion which has a mesh structure of which an upper portion and a lower portion are open and side portions are closed; a lower portion tying part formed at the bottom part of the net portion; and a lifting part connected to one side of the net portion, wherein and the net bag for rocks for transporting earth filling material can easily transport large loads of earth filling material, has excellent load strength and durability, and can be reused repeatedly.
