PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a reagent for quickly and accurately detecting and determining the mutation of the 2617 position of 23SrRNA gene of mycoplasma pneumonia.SOLUTION: By using a pair of primer sets designed to be able to specifically amplify an area comprising the 2617 position of 23SrRNA gene of mycoplasma pneumonia, the 2617 position of 23SrRNA gene of mycoplasma pneumonia can be detected and the mutation thereof can be determined. |
