The present invention widens the distance between electrodes which drive a liquid crystal. The present invention can control the gradient of the electric field applied between the electrodes and can apply an optimal electric field between the electrodes. The present invention includes: a first electrode provided on a substrate; an insulating film provided on the first electrode and the substrate; a thin film transistor provided on the insulating film and having a semi-conductive film formed with a source, a channel region, and a drain; a second electrode provided in an upper direction from the first electrode and having a first opening pattern; and a liquid crystal provided in the upper direction from the second electrode. |
