PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge presentation device and a charge presentation system for presenting a charge reflecting evaluation for each consumer.SOLUTION: A charge presentation device comprises: a price condition presentation part 13 for presenting a condition of a commodity price to a consumer; a satisfaction level measuring section 14 for measuring satisfaction level related to a commodity of the consumer provided with the commodity when the consumer is provided with the commodity on the basis of the condition for the commodity price presented by the price condition presentation part 13; and a charge calculation part 15 for calculating and presenting a charge of the commodity on the basis of the condition of the commodity price provided by the price condition presentation part 13 and the satisfaction level measured by the satisfaction level measuring section 14. |
