Disclosed are a method for searching position information, and a browser terminal. The method comprises: acquiring, by a browser, a trigger event of position type information and a position keyword; loading position search request items in the browser; and initiating a position information search request to a cloud position information server in accordance with the position keyword and a selected and determined position search request item. By means of the present invention, the problems of functional limitations, cumbersome operation, low efficiency and wasting time, when an information search function is realized based on an electronic map, are solved. |
