The present invention provides a method to manufacture a flexible electronic element. The method to manufacture a flexible electronic element includes a step of providing a first substrate; a step of depositing a photoresist pattern having a groove pattern on the first substrate; a step of depositing an electrode on the photoresist pattern; a step of providing a second substrate on the electrode; and a step of separating the electrode from the photoresist pattern. Therefore, according to the present invention, the method is capable of manufacturing a flexible electronic element which can adjust the size, position, and shape of electrode wrinkles.
