According to an embodiment of the present invention, a hydraulic system of a construction machine comprises: a swing pump where a hydraulic fluid is discharged in both directions; a control chamber controlling a discharge rate of the swing pump; a swing motor receiving the hydraulic fluid of the swing pump to swing; an operation device generating a plurality of operation signals to enable a front of a construction machine to be operated; a control device converting pilot pressure generated by the operation signal of the operation device into a current value to be outputted; and an electronic proportional pressure reducing valve outputting the valve pressure corresponding to the current value applied from the control device. The electronic proportional pressure reducing valve controls the relief pressure of the pressure of the swing pilot inputted to the control chamber.
