The present invention relates to a mat using electricity and hot water which is capable of maximizing heating area and minimizing the separation or the leaning of a fixed shape of lower sheet, a thermal mass in which a working fluid is impregnated, a heating element inserted into the thermal mass, and the working fluid impregnated in the thermal mass by positioning, compressing, and attaching an upper sheet. The mat according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a lower sheet (10) which is made up of a water proofing material and which has a fixed width; a thermal mass (20) provided at the upper part of the lower sheet (10); a working fluid (30) impregnated in the thermal mass (20) and heated by a heating element (40) to change from liquid to gas; the heating element (40) provided inside of the thermal mass (20); and an upper sheet (50) which is made of a waterproofing material and which has the same width as the lower sheet. |
