A sealing structure of an automatic transmission prevents sealing performance reduction. In the transmission (107), a lip-shaped sealing assembly (20) which is supported by a supporting hole (108) of a driving shaft (109) presses an abutting part (26) arranged at the inner diameter side to the periphery (109a) of the driving shaft (109). Furthermore, the sealing structure is provided with a side lip (28) which extends from radial outside of the abutting part (26) to axial direction of the driving shaft (109). The front end (28a) of the side lip (28) which projects to outside of the supporting hole (108) is inserted into a space between an inner diameter side wall (113) and an outer diameter side wall (112) of a dustproof cover (110) on the driving shaft (109), wherein the lip-shaped sealing assembly (20) is provided with a labyrinth type lip (29) which extends from the radial outside of the side lip (28) in a same direction of the side lip (28) so that the outer diameter side wall (112) is arranged between the side lip (28) and the labyrinth type lip (29). |
