In the present invention, there is disclosed a species-varied seed mixture for dry regions comprising seeds of grasses, clover species and herbs forming components of wildflower meadows wherein the mixture consists of 78 to 82 percent by weight of seeds of the grass family (Poaceae), 4 to 6 percent by weight of seeds of the pea family (Fabaceae) and 13 to 17 percent by weight of seeds of at least seven representatives of the following species: Agrimonia eupatoria, Achillea millefolium agg., Anthemis tinctoria, Centaurea jacea, Centaurea scabiosa, Cichorium intybus, Dianthus armeria, Dianthus carthusianorum, Hypericum perforatum, Leontodon hispidus, Plantago lanceolata, Plantago media, Potentilla argentea, Potentilla recta, Salvia pratensis, Salvia verticilata, Sanguisorba minor, Silene vulgaris, Stachys recta, and Tanacetum corymbosum. |
