<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a light-emitting device in which color shade is reduced by arranging a phosphor layer only in an intended region, and light extraction efficiency is enhanced. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a light-emitting device includes sequentially a first step for preparing a substrate 10 having conductive members 20a, 20b on the surface, a second step for mounting a light-emitting element having an insulation substrate and a semiconductor layer 1 on the conductive members 20a, 20b while directing the insulation substrate upward, a third step for coating the surface of the conductive members 20a, 20b with a reflection member 40 by electrodeposition or electrostatic coating, a fourth step for coating the reflection member 40 with a translucent insulation layer 90, a fifth step for peeling the insulation substrate, and a sixth step for coating the surface of the semiconductor layer 1 exposed by the fifth step with a wavelength conversion member 80 by electrodeposition or electrostatic coating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
