<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a semiconductor device, a liquid crystal display device, and an electronic device having wide viewing angles, having less number of manufacturing processes and masks, and capable of being manufactured at lower costs. The liquid crystal display device comprises: the first electrode formed on the entire surficial area of one surface of a substrate; the first insulation film formed on the first electrode; a thin film transistor formed on the first insulation film; the second insulation film formed on the thin film transistor; the second electrode formed on the second insulation film and having a plurality of openings; and liquid crystals on the second electrode. The liquid crystal display device controls the liquid crystals by an electric field between the first electrode and the second electrode.</p> |
