<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of integrating applications to be utilized for collating extracted direct mail in an extraction step. <P>SOLUTION: An extraction instruction system 1 for direct mail comprises a data processing apparatus 2 and an extraction management device 3. After a manufacturing data table 5a is generated which contains a manufacturing record storing a retrieval code and client information, the data processing apparatus 2 generates a retrieval data table 5b which contains a retrieval record obtained by extracting the retrieval code and the client information for visible confirmation from the manufacturing record, and registers the retrieval data table 5b in a quality management system 4. The extraction management device 3 designates as a retrieval target the retrieval data table 5b for which a dispatch stop instruction is received from an ordering source, causes the quality management system 4 to retrieve the retrieval record containing a retrieval code of direct mail receiving the dispatch stop instruction, generates an extraction list 5c from the retrieval record contained in a retrieval result, and registers the extraction list 5c in the quality management system 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
