The present invention relates to an inspection device of a fuel gas double pipe for a ship. The inspection device of a fuel gas double pipe for a ship according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an internal pipe to supply fuel gas; an external pipe which encloses the internal pipe and is separated from the internal pipe to form a space therebetween; and a support unit installed in the space to support the internal pipe; and an inspection device installed on the external pipe. The inspection device comprises: a body having an inspection unit whose lower portion is welded on the external pipe, which exposes the inside of the external pipe to the outside, and formed in a hollow shape; a plug mounted and installed on the inspection unit and arranged around an O-ring disposed between the body and the surface thereof; and a cap mounted on the outside of the body from above and comprised of an upper plate and a side wall enclosing the upper plate. Accordingly, the inside of the double pipe can be periodically observed and inspected through the inspection device with a naked eye or with equipment including an endoscope camera.
