A semiconductor device is provided, which includes a switch having a first transistor and a logic circuit having an output terminal. The logic circuit includes a bootstrap circuit having at least one second transistor. The bootstrap circuit is electrically connected to the output terminal. The first transistor and the second transistor have the same conductivity type. Each of the first transistor and the second transistor includes an oxide semiconductor layer including a channel formation region and a pair of gate electrodes with the oxide semiconductor layer provided therebetween.

1. A semiconductor device comprising:
a switch comprising a first transistor; and a logic circuit comprising:
an input terminal to which an input signal is input through the switch;an inverted input terminal to which a signal with a logic level opposite to that of the input signal is input; andan output terminal from which an output signal is output, wherein the logic circuit comprises a bootstrap circuit comprising at least one second transistor, wherein the bootstrap circuit is electrically connected to the output terminal, wherein the first transistor and the second transistor have the same conductivity type, wherein each of the first transistor and the second transistor comprises an oxide semiconductor layer comprising a channel formation region and a pair of gate electrodes with the oxide semiconductor layer provided therebetween, and wherein at least one of the first transistor and the second transistor comprises a source electrode being electrically connected to one of the pair of gate electrodes.
