<p>The apparatus for bending a coil head of the present invention comprises: an inducing heating unit provided to be movable to the outer circumferential surface of a wound coil for heating a coil head before a bending process; and a bending unit provided to be movable to the outer circumferential surface of the coil for separating the coil head heated by the inducing heating unit from the outer circumferential surface of the wound coil and bending at a certain curvature. The bending unit comprises: a bending unit cylinder for making a main frame; a bending unit operating rod placed to be movable from the bending unit cylinder to the coil head; and a wedge member placed on one end of the bending unit operating rod and inserted to contact, respectively, the inner circumferential surface of a front end of the coil head and the outer circumferential surface of the coil for separating the coil head from the outer circumferential surface of the coil and bending. The wedge member comprises: a curvature forming unit placed to contact the inner circumferential surface of the coil head for bending the coil head separated from the coil and forming a certain curvature; and a coil guide unit placed in a shape corresponding to the curvature formed on the outer circumferential surface of the coil for contacting the outer circumferential surface of the coil, from which the coil head is separated, and guiding the wedge member.</p> |
