Under the first option of the machinery on the axis of part rotation or on parallel axis there is a lever or tie-rod, connected by one linear drive with main, and by second linear drive with plate. At that if the lever or tie-rod and part are secured on same hinge joint, the radius of the lever or tie-rod exceeds distance from axis of this hinge joint to securing point of the second linear drive on the plate. Under the second option the radius of the lever is below the distance from axis of this hinge joint to securing point of the second linear drive on the plate. Under the third option the linear drive is connected with base rigidly, and with part if hingedly connected via the intermediate follower. Under the fourth option base has the second hinge joint, in it resistant to flexing lever is installed, its second end is connected with the follower, that in its turn is connected with the part.
