FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: device is made combined and consists of a polypropylene mesh tubular part and a spiral-shaped propylene thread framework, fixed on its surface. An additional layer is located inside the said part. The tubular part is made open with atraumatic edges, knitted as one piece with a possibility of their 8-10 mm overlapping and in the form of a base-knitted mesh from propylene monothreads with the diameter of 0.13-0.15 mm with the density of knitting along the loop column of 14-16 loops/cm and the loop row of 4-5 loops/cm and protruding after 8-10 mm on the outer surface in the transverse direction rows of loops, in which installed is a meander spiral from a polypropylene monothread with the diameter of 0.8-1.0 mm with the longitudinal direction of its coils translation, 8-10 mm step and 12-15 mm indent of spiral wave crests from edges of the open part. Rolled into the tube, a biocompatible detachable film separating membrane, coinciding in the length with the tubular part, is located inside the latter with a possibility of 8-10 mm overlapping its edges in the width.EFFECT: reduction of the number of recurrences and postoperative complications, acceleration of healing and reduction of the surgery duration due to the strong fixation of the meander frame spiral in the mesh structure with the simultaneous regulation of invasion of autotissues into the prosthesis by the placement of the detachable film separating membrane, freely adjoining its internal surface.7 dwg, 1 tbl |
