The toothed rim of at least one movable part continues in radial direction relatively to another toothed rim to form external or internal extension of the toothed rim against the element surrounded by the movable part or surrounding the movable part installed on another toothed rim. To protect the air passage in joint between the rotors of the movable parts one end of the joint is continued in radial direction relatively to the another end to form the external or internal expansion. The expansion is made against the element surrounded by the movable part or surrounding the movable part installed at another end of the joint.
