PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine exhaust heat recycle system capable of deriving optimum conditions for circulating a working fluid or stopping the circulation of the working fluid, attaining excellent fuel economy, and capable of applying the torque of a turbine by the working fluid to purposes suited for an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine exhaust heat recycle system comprises: an EGR line circulating part of exhaust gas generated in an internal combustion engine to an air intake side; a working fluid circulation line circulating therein a working fluid satisfying a Rankin cycle; and an EGR-side heat exchanger unit implementing heat exchange between EGR gas flowing in the EGR line and the working fluid flowing in the working fluid circulation line, the EGR gas being circulated toward the air intake side via the EGR-side heat exchanger unit if a temperature of the EGR gas is equal to or higher than a reference temperature (T1), and the EGR gas being circulated toward the air intake side without via the EGR-side heat exchanger unit if the temperature of the EGR gas is lower than the reference temperature (T1). |
