PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gusset plate for a solar panel cradle and a fixation structure for the solar panel cradle, which enable suppression of stress concentration on a support column and reduction in the weight.SOLUTION: In a fixation structure for a solar panel cradle 1, butting portions of a rafter receiver 20 and a support column 40 are nipped between a pair of gusset plates 50 and 50 and are coupled from both sides by using a through bolt B2. One gusset plate 50 comprises a T type gusset plate 55 that includes a flat plate portion 56 along the rafter receiver 20 and the support column 40 and a projecting plate portion 57 projecting from the flat plate portion 56 orthogonally, and the other gusset plate 50 comprises an I type gusset plate 51 including a flat plate portion along the rafter receiver 20 and the support column 40. A plurality of bolt holes 58 and 59 are formed on the flat plate portion 56 and the projecting plate portion 57, respectively.
