PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dryness measuring device and a dryness measuring method that realize precise dryness measurement according to a state of wet steam.SOLUTION: A dryness measuring device relating to the invention comprises: a measuring part that measures intensity of light transmitted through or reflected by wet steam to be measured or measures its absorbance; a first sensor that detects at least one of a flow rate of the wet steam and its flow volume; a measured value correction part that corrects the measured light intensity or absorbance, on the basis of at least one of the detected flow rate and flow volume of the wet steam; and a dryness measuring part that measures dryness of the wet steam on the basis of the corrected light intensity or absorbance. |
