PHONE NUMBER MARKING METHOD AND SYSTEM

A phone marking method and a phone marking system. The method comprises: obtaining an incoming call number or an outgoing call number of a mobile terminal; matching the obtained phone number in at least one of a local or cloud end database; displaying different marking pages to a user on a basis that whether the phone number is successfully matched in the local or cloud end database or whether the phone number is a questioned number, and promoting the user to mark the phone number or confirm marking information of the number; obtaining the phone number marking information made according to the marking page by user, and performing the marking verification; and updating the local database and the cloud end database according to the marking verification result. By means of the present invention, marking information contributed by each user to the database is made full use of, a large and accurate number database is formed, and the marking information is shared to another mobile terminal user connected to the database, thereby effectively helping the users identify numbers.
