The chamber monitoring arrangement is supported on bottom surface (1) of hollow tank containing organic liquid. Several control elements are arranged for controlling tightness of hollow tank. Edge segment (10) and bottom segment (12) of chamber monitoring arrangement are welded to tank casing in vacuum-tight manner. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a tank having chamber monitoring arrangement; and (2) a method for sealing the tank with chamber monitoring arrangement.
