<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize streamer discharge by easily removing conductive dirt attached to an inner peripheral face of an insulator and the like, in a discharge device implementing streamer discharge.SOLUTION: A discharge device implements streamer discharge between a discharge portion (54) electrically connected to a discharge electrode (51) and a counter electrode (52) by applying a prescribed voltage to between the discharge electrode (51) and the counter electrode (52) disposed in opposition to the discharge electrode (51). The separation between the discharge electrode (51) and the counter electrode (52) is retained at a prescribed interval by a space member (60) such as an insulator having an insulating property, and an inner peripheral face of the space member (60) is provided with a guide portion (61) for cleaning, to remove conductive dirt attached to the inner peripheral face.</p> |
