A medical in-vitro ultrasonic probe comprises a probe body (1) and a sticking plate. The sticking plate comprises a sub-plate (31). The sub-plate (31) is connected to the probe body (1), and the bottom of the sub-plate (31) is provided with a sticking layer (4) used for sticking and attaching an in-vitro ultrasonic probe to a body surface of a monitored user. The in-vitro ultrasonic probe is suitable for a clinic scenario in which a long-time continuous ultrasonic monitoring is required. In addition, also provided is a corresponding ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus.
