The present invention relates to an apparatus for detecting a canine distemper virus (CDV) by using a quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) biosensor and a detection method using the same. More particularly, the invention relates to an apparatus detection comprising a protein chip capable of precisely measuring a CDV amount adsorbed onto a surface by using variation of vibration frequency generated by physical or chemical adsorption of the QCM and capable of improving a CDV detection, and also relates to a detection method using the same.
