摘要 <p>Provided in the present invention are a calibration system of an electric field probe module, and a calibration method using the system and, more specifically, to a calibration method of a wideband electronic wave monitoring device which is characterized by comprising the steps of: setting output of a signal generator outputting frequency power set upon sequence of a calibration table; measuring a power having the corresponding output in the signal generator radiated from an open TEM cell with a power meter; comparing measured power by comparing measurement measured in the power meter and the power table on a software program, and judging whether the measurement is in an error range; measuring probe module ADC value by measuring output ADC value in a probe module, when the measurement is in the error range in the measured power comparison step; and storing ADC average value averaging output ADC value in the probe module, and storing in a measurement table, thereby reducing difference caused by characteristic difference of components for each device of the probe module and assembly to have uniform measurement characteristics for each device, and selecting a method of making a function by dividing a section of 0.1-200 V/m upon characteristics of the devices into three to reduce the equipment costs for correction by increasing accuracy of the measurement, and thereby providing an effect of improving reliability of a measurement method.</p>
