Disclosed are a new S crystal form of Ivabradine hydrochloride, and preparation method and pharmaceutical composition thereof. The powder diffraction spectrum of the S crystal form of Ivabradine hydrochloride has characteristic peaks when 2θ is 8.5±0.2, 11.5±0.2, 14.6±0.2, 15.3±0.2, 16.1±0.2, 17.1±0.2, 17.4±0.2, 17.8±0.2, 18.6±0.2, 19.3±0.2, 21.6±0.2, 21.9±0.2 and 27.2±0.2, and, by DSC measurement, has an endothermic crystal transformation peak with a characteristic peak value of 111.60C and an exothermic crystal transformation peak with a characteristic peak value of 136.90C, and a melting decomposition peak with a characteristic peak value of 194.90C. S crystal form products are easy to dry, have high purity and stability, and are convenient for long-term storage without particular temperature and humidity requirements; the preparation method thereof facilitates industrial production, and has great application value and market value. |
