<p>Disclosed is a metal plate hollow extruding-spot welding device. The disclosed device includes a fixing mold i) including a first mold hole, installed in a first support part, and supporting at least two junction metal panels overlapped with each other; an operating mold ii) including a second mold hole corresponding to the first mold hole, installed in a second support part, and connected to the fixing mold; a punching mold iii) including a punching hole corresponding to the first and second mold holes between the fixing mold and the operating mold, installed in the operating mold, clamping the junction metal panels, and supporting a material metal panel; an extruding punch installed in the operating mold, guided to the punching hole through the second mold hole, punching the heated material metal panel, forming an insertion material, inserting the insertion material into a junction part of the junction metal panels, and extruding an excess metal of the junction part of the junction metal panels, forming plastic flow with the insertion material, into the first mold hole; and an extruding counter pin v) installed in the first mold hole of the fixing mold, and transforming the excess metal, extruded into the first mold hole, into a predetermined shape.</p> |
