PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote management system, an information processor, a remote management method, and a program for controlling the setting of a management service to be provided to a managed device by managing identification information of a communication terminal.SOLUTION: A remote management system configured of one or more managed devices and a management device connected via a communication network thereto includes: a communication terminal information acquisition part for acquiring first association information in which first identification information of communication terminals is associated with second identification information of the managed devices; a communication terminal information part for storing communication terminal information in association for each first identification information; a customer information storage part for storing customer information for each second identification information; association information generation part for generating second association information in which the communication terminal information is associated with the customer information; and a management information part for determining management service information including a service to be provided from the management service information of the customer information of the second association information specified by using the second identification information and management items including a notification interval for notifying the management device of the managed device information on the basis of the data amount of the managed device information.
