The present invention relates to a novel cell or tissue model which reproduces molecular and structural characteristics of delicate skin. This model has in particular all the characteristics of an impaired barrier function. This model is obtained by applying a double treatment (also called "double-stress") to cells of the epidermis or to a skin tissue. This double treatment induces weakening of said cells or of said skin tissue, reproducing in vitro the characteristics of delicate skin. The present invention also relates to a method for screening for or for evaluating active ingredients which can advantageously be used to take care of or to repair delicate skin.
