PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic capacity type transducer or the like which can suppress a projection of a wiring connection region from a chip surface to a subject side.SOLUTION: An electrostatic capacity type transducer has a cell which is on substrate 100 and includes a first electrode 102 and a timbal 101 including a second electrode 103 formed with a gap 105 from the first electrode. A connection electrode 110 for connecting either one of the first electrode or the second electrode to a wiring board 120 is on a substrate. The height of a substrate surface of a region 202 where the connection electrode is placed is lower than the height of a substrate surface of a region 201 where the cell is placed.
