PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like structure capable of maintaining in use a thickness and a heat path in a thickness direction.SOLUTION: The sheet-like structure includes: a plurality of linear structures extending in a constant direction; a metal film formed at a growth end of the plurality of linear structures; and a hard layer, positioned at a root side of the linear structures, having hardness higher than that of the metal film.
