<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insert molding connector which narrows the arrangement pitches between terminal fittings by reducing the width dimensions of the terminal fittings and reduces the size and weight of the connector. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal holder 30 positions multiple terminal fittings and is insert molded to a resin housing. As means positioning the terminal fittings so as to form predetermined pitches therebetween, the terminal holder 30 includes: placement surfaces 60a, 61a on which terminal fittings are placed; elastically protruding pieces 70a, 71a erected on the placement surfaces 60a, 61a and regulating the movements of the terminal fittings in a direction along the placement surfaces 60a, 61a; and pressing claw parts 81 provided at tips of the elastically protruding pieces 70a, 71a so as to protrude and overlap on the terminal fittings on the placement surfaces 60a, 61a and regulating the movements of the terminal fittings in a direction that lifts from the placement surfaces 60a, 61a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
