Provided is a coating liquid for preventing pollution which includes a composition including polyurethane, which is improved by siloxane having at least two or more hydroxyl groups in an end, a phenoxy resin, a coupling agent, and an organic solvent. A film formed by the coating liquid for preventing pollution according to the present invention has an excellent antifouling property. Therefore, the surface of a base material made of a material such as a synthetic fiber, artificial leather, glass, metal, etc. using the coating liquid for preventing pollution according to the present invention enables to effectively prevent from being polluted by a contaminant such as a dust, soil, soot, water, coffee, oil-based ink, water color ink, etc. |
