The present invention provides a film attaching method characterized by pressurizing and attaching a film on the other surface of a board using a pressurizing roller while supporting one surface of the board without contact by applying a repulsive force without contact generated by ultrasonic vibration using an ultrasonic vibrating unit (A). The ultrasonic vibrating unit (A) includes an ultrasonic vibrator facing one surface of the board and an ultrasonic excitation unit exciting the ultrasonic vibrator. In addition, the present invention provides a film attaching device characterized by including the ultrasonic vibrating unit (A) supporting one surface of the board without contact by applying the repulsive force without contact generated by ultrasonic vibration and the pressurizing roller pressurizing and attaching the film on the other surface of the board.
