The present invention relates to a composite for body armor and body armor including the same. The composite for body armor comprises: a high intensity fiber fabric (A); and a resin layer (B) made of one type of resin which is selected between a polyamide series resin/polyester series resin copolymer and a polyamide series resin/polyester series resin compound glued on one side of the high intensity fiber fabric (A). The body armor has a structure that the high intensity fiber fabrics (A) and the composites for body armor are stacked. According to the present invention, as having the resin layer (b) of the polyamide series resin/polyester series resin copolymer excellent in elongation and toughness, the composite for body armor enables to reduce a rear side transformation when impacted as enabling to efficiently disperse impact energy by absorbing the same which is delivered when impacted, and to effectively prevent secondary damage due to a destruction of the resin layer (B) when impacted.
