摘要 The present invention relates to a thermoelectric material by using a composite material. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for producing a thermoelectric material by using a composite material with an excellent electrical conductivity and an excellent Seebeck coefficient at the same time and also relates to a method for producing the thermoelectric material. The thermoelectric material of the present invention includes Ge and PEDOT: PSS (poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)poly(styrenesulfonate)), and DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide), wherein the composite material includes 30 to 70 wt% of GE and 5 to 10 wt% of DMSO.
