The present invention includes: a first scanner unit which includes a first camera unit taking a picture at one side of a scanning object loaded on a rack and outputting image data and a first probe unit receiving a signal generated on the side of the scanning object as moving on the side of the scanning object; a second scanner unit which includes a second camera unit taking a picture at the other side of the scanning object loaded on the rack and outputting image data and a second probe unit receiving a signal generated on the other side of the scanning object as moving on the other side of the scanning object; a signal analyzer which performs a signal analyzation process based on the signals output from the first scanner unit and the second scanner unit to output signal analyzation data; and a controller which calculates a signal occurrence distribution of the double sides on the scanning object based on image data made from the image data output from the first camera unit and the second camera unit respectively and the signal analyzation data output from the signal analyzer.
