<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed sheet in which irregularities are clearly formed and identification display can be visually recognized from both faces of the sheet since the identification display is applied to a close contact part in which films come into close contact with each other without interposing an air layer. <P>SOLUTION: The foamed sheet 10 includes: foamed parts 13 in which air layers K are interposed between the two films 11, 12; and the close contact part 14 in which the two films 11, 12 come into close contact with each other without interposing the air layer K.
